Co-synchronous is defined as scheduled asynchronous. That is, augmenting the self-paced, independent study typically associated with asynchronous learning to include a cohort based approach [supporting community, collaboration, communication, content co-creation, etc] that follows a schedule of regular lessons and assignments.
